To provide on time management accounts and standard reports for 3 business units
To review monthly Chinese accounts and translate into budget/ monthly management accounts in the required format.
Preparation of business units monthly KPI’s
To provide detailed financial analysis of the businesses performance
The Annual Budgets and forecasts of the business Units.
To check and manage the payment for overseas employees or other related overseas payment.
To do active company’s credit control and other related financial controls
To report and help financial controls with overseas subsidiaries
To fine tune and integrate SAP accounting and group reporting standards.
To do monthly analysis of Gross Margin, check and audit SAP costing systems issue and find solution methods and treatment suggestions.

A good understanding of Chinese accounting and International reporting
Ability to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of fully integrated IT manufacturing and finance systems
Good office skills with outstanding Excel abilities.
Fluent in English with effective communication skills.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment (preferably Western)
The role requires the ability to work in flexible time and to challenge the status quo to Identify the system weaknesses to suggest improvement
